With the growing economy in Asia, issues in housing inadequacy among the middle to low income families require immediate attention throughout the Asia region; if left unaddressed the issues stand to inhibit a countries economic progress. In order to mitigate these risks, government and authorities are sourcing the most viable and cost-effective options to provide affordable housing for their people through efficient financing models, affordable building materials and forming partnerships with the social and private sector. The housing development projects are largely backed by the government housing authorities, which have become the catalyst for many initiatives that allow home ownership for their people.
Affordable Housing Development Asia will bring together both public and private sector industry leaders in the Asia region to evaluate the challenges and opportunities in providing affordable housing for their people. The conference will feature strategic presentations and showcase practical case studies from the following countries:
•Singapore
•Hong Kong
•Malaysia

•Philippines
•Vietnam
•Indonesia
