Since its inception in 2005, the Asia Mining Congress has been the region’s definitive industry leadership forum for exploration, investment and development for miners, financiers and investors. The Congress has established itself as the most influential annual venue for Asia’s mining policymakers, global mining & exploration companies, investors and financiers to meet, network and discuss the industry’s strategic outlook, investment and business opportunities in the region.

For its 2010 edition, the Congress will shed light on the new themes and trends underpinning the sector’s industry dynamics, some of which deal with changes and developments in foreign mining investment policies in mature mining destinations, the strategic outlook on the growth prospects of the mining services industry, new investment opportunities in Indonesia after a major regulatory overhaul of investment policy and the investment outlook of major Asian institutional investors among others.
